The Companies feature in Spechy is designed to streamline your communication process by providing easy access to all relevant companies and organizations. When you click on the Companies button, you’ll find two tabs: “All Companies” and “My Companies.”

1. All Companies

The “All Companies” tab contains a comprehensive list of all companies available in the system’s database. These entries encompass all organizations related to your business, including clients, partners, and suppliers. Having access to all companies in one place enables you to efficiently interact with any organization associated with your operations.

2. My Companies

In the “My Companies” tab, you’ll find a personalized selection of companies that are registered by you or assigned to you within the system. Search Bar and Company Result

Within the “My Companies” page, you’ll notice a convenient search bar that allows you to find specific companies quickly. Simply enter a name or keyword, and the search function will promptly display matching results. This feature saves time and effort when trying to locate specific companies among a large database.

Add a New Company

In addition to the search functionality, the “My Companies” page also includes an option to add new companies. By clicking on this feature, you can input essential information about new organizations, such as their name, contact details, industry, and any other pertinent information. This capability ensures that you can keep your company list up to date with the latest information.
