The Contacts feature in Spechy is designed to streamline your communication process by providing easy access to all relevant contacts. When you click on the Contacts button, you’ll find two tabs: “All Contacts” and “My Contacts”

1. All Contacts:

The “All Contacts” tab contains a comprehensive list of all contacts available in the system’s database. These contacts encompass all individuals and entities related to your organization, including customers, clients, and partners. Having access to all contacts in one place enables you to reach out to any person or entity whenever needed.

2. My Contacts:

In the “My Contacts” tab, you’ll find a personalized selection of contacts registered by you or assigned to you within the system. Search Bar and Contact Result:

Within the “My Contacts” page, you’ll notice a convenient search bar that allows you to find specific contacts quickly. Simply enter a name or keyword, and the search function will promptly display matching results. This feature saves time and effort when trying to locate specific contacts among a large database.

Add a New Contact:

In addition to the search functionality, the “My Contacts” page also includes an option to add new contacts. By clicking on this feature, you can input essential information about new individuals or entities, such as their name, email address, phone number, and any other pertinent details. This capability ensures that you can keep your contact list up to date with the latest information.
