1. Privacy Policy / Gizlilik Politikası

1.1 Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Spechy web applications, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, APIs and integrated services. It is prepared in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679), KVKK (Law No. 6698), Google OAuth API Services User Data Policy and Meta Platform Policies.

1.2 Categories of Personal Data

  • Identity and contact data (name, email, phone)
  • Account and authentication data
  • Communication content (emails, chats, AI interactions)
  • Usage, log, IP, device and browser data

1.3 Purposes of Processing

  • Provision of services and contractual performance
  • User authentication and account security
  • Customer support and incident management
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Improvement of AI-powered services

1.4 Google OAuth & Gmail API Scopes

Spechy may request limited Google OAuth scopes, including but not limited to:

  • gmail.send: Used solely to send emails explicitly initiated by the authenticated user.
  • gmail.readonly: Used exclusively to read message headers and content for reply detection and service continuity.

Email data is neither stored permanently nor shared with third parties and is processed strictly within the scope of user consent.

1.5 Meta Platform Permissions

Where Meta (Facebook/Instagram) integrations are used, permissions are requested only to provide messaging, analytics or customer interaction features. Data obtained via Meta APIs is processed in compliance with Meta Platform Terms and is not used for advertising or profiling beyond service delivery.

1.6 Legal Basis

Personal data is processed pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK and Article 6 of GDPR, based on consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations and legitimate interests.

1.7 Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for the duration required by applicable legislation or the purpose of processing, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

2.1 Use of Cookies

Spechy uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure platform functionality, performance optimization, security monitoring and analytics.

2.3 Cookie Management

Users may manage or disable cookies through browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect service functionality.

3. Terms of Service / Kullanım Şartları

3.1 Service Description

Spechy provides cloud-based communication, automation and AI-enabled services to business and individual users.

3.2 User Obligations

  • Provide accurate and lawful information
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Refrain from misuse, abuse or unlawful activities

3.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spechy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from service use.

3.4 Suspension and Termination

Spechy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms or legal requirements.

4. Data Subject Rights

Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and request data portability under GDPR and KVKK. Requests may be submitted to support@spechy.com.
