Tolga Kocadağ has been on Spechy's engineering team since 2019, building the platform's omnichannel backend, its API surface and its integration layer.
His work covers the services that merge conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and X into a single thread, and the data model behind the CRM. He is the technical owner of Spechy Voice, carrying the architecture for the PBX, call routing and CDR side of the product.
He holds a degree in Computer Technology from Trakya University. He writes from the position of the developer who builds the plumbing: integration, data modelling and what happens to both under load.
