Spechy is an AI omnichannel communication platform and customer relationship management (CRM) product that brings voice, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and live chat together in a single inbox, with built in CRM, AI agents, payments, and speech analytics. By creating an account or otherwise using the service at app.spechy.com, you agree to the practices described here.

It covers both the people who administer a Spechy account (our customers and their team members) and, where relevant, the end users who interact with our customers through the channels Spechy connects.

When our customers use Spechy to communicate with their own contacts, the customer is generally the controller of that contact data and Spechy acts as a processor on the customer’s behalf. In those cases, the customer’s own privacy notice governs how that contact data is used, and Spechy processes it according to our agreement with the customer.

2. Information We Collect

We collect different categories of information depending on how you use the service.

Account Information

When you sign up, we collect details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, password, role, and workspace settings. We may also collect billing contact details and tax information needed to manage your subscription.

Contact and Conversation Data

The service stores the messages, calls, recordings, transcripts, notes, contact records, and related metadata that flow through your connected channels. This can include the content of conversations across voice, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and live chat, along with timestamps, sender and recipient identifiers, and CRM fields you create.

Payment Data

When you purchase a subscription or process payments through Spechy Pay, we and our payment partners collect the information needed to complete the transaction. Full card numbers are handled by our payment providers and are not stored in plain form on our systems.

Usage and Analytics Data

We collect technical information about how the service is used, such as device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, features used, log events, and performance data. This helps us keep the service reliable and improve it over time.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process subscriptions, billing, and payments through Spechy Pay.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. Customers can also configure certain retention settings and request deletion of their workspace data.
