The Companies tab in the Spechy app allows you to manage and organize your company information. Here’s how to use the Companies tab:
Accessing the Companies Tab
- You can find the Companies tab on the left sidebar of the Spechy web app.
- Click on the “Companies” option to access the Companies tab.
- This will open a dropdown menu with two options: “My Companies” and “All Companies”.
Viewing Company Lists
- Select either “My Companies” or “All Companies” from the dropdown menu.
- “My Companies” displays the companies you have created, while “All Companies” shows all the companies created or inserted to the account database.
Searching and Filtering Companies
- At the top left side of the Companies tab, you will find a search bar.
- Use the search bar to search for specific companies by entering their names or other relevant details.
- Next to the search bar, there is a filter icon. Click on it to access filtering options.
- Apply filters to narrow down the displayed companies based on specific criteria such as industry, location, or size.
Adding a New Company
- To add a new company, click on the “Add New Company” button.
- Fill in the required information such as company name, address, contact details, and any other relevant details.
- Save the information to create the new company in the system.
Editing or Deleting a Company
- Beside each company in the list, you will find an edit icon and a delete icon.
- Click on the edit icon to make changes to the company’s information.
- Click on the delete icon to remove the company from the system. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
