To access the Contacts tab in the Spechy app, follow these steps:
- Open the Spechy app in your browser.
- On the left side of the screen, you will see a vertical bar with several options. Click on the “Contacts” option to access the contacts tab.
In the Contacts tab, you will find the following features:
All Contacts and My Contacts Dropdown Menu
- Once you are in the contacts tab, you can access the “All Contacts” and “My Contacts” dropdown menus to view your contact list.
- The “All Contacts” option displays all the contacts in the system, while the “My Contacts” option shows only the contacts you have created or are assigned to you.
- Inside the selected contact list, you will see all the contacts or the contacts you have created.
- You can use the search bar to find specific contacts by entering their names or other relevant details.
- Additionally, you can apply filters to narrow down the displayed contacts based on specific criteria such as tags, categories, or custom fields.
Creating a New Contact
- To create a new contact, click on the “Create New Contact” button.
- Fill in the required information such as name, email, phone number, and any other relevant details.
- You can also assign tags, categories, or custom fields to organize and categorize the contact.
Editing or Deleting a Contact
- To edit an existing contact, locate the contact in the list and click on the “Edit” button.
- Make the necessary changes to the contact’s information and save the updates.
- To delete a contact, locate the contact in the list and click on the “Delete” button. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
The Contacts tab in the Spechy app allows you to manage your contact list efficiently. You can view, search, filter, create, edit, and delete contacts as needed. This feature helps you keep track of your contacts and ensures effective communication and engagement.
